Gonzalez Cutting Horses offers starting of cutting horse prospects to the public.  We have safe facilities, experienced handlers and riders, and start all our colts "the resistance free way."  Larry has studied the methods of Ray Hunt, Tom and Bill Dorrance, as well as modern day clinicians.  He has put on many clinics himself for Colt starting and Roping.  If you want to understand why a horse acts the way it does and reacts the way it does, Larry is amazing to watch as he explains everything he is doing with a horse in all stages of training in explicit detail.

We Specialize in training horses for major NCHA Open Aged Events and haul to many each year.  We help Non Pros and Amateurs on their Aged Event horses as well.

Fitting and tuning services are provided as well as hauling to sale , brokering & agent services.

Lessons are provided for customers with horses in training and a limited number of outside clients, call for availability.
